Todd Trierweiler
Todd Trierweiler is the owner of Todd Trierweiler & Associates, a consumer and small business bankruptcy firm that he started in 1985. Currently employing seven attorneys, his firm has represented over 25,000 clients over the past 24 years. He is licensed in both Oregon and Washington, and has handled cases from throughout Oregon and S.W. Washington.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1978, where he earned membership in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. His law degree is from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in Portland, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1985.
Todd is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy at continuing legal education seminars, is a member of the Oregon State Bar's Debtor/Creditor Executive Committee, and has authored revisions to both the Oregon State Bar reference works on Bankruptcy Law and Family Law. Other attorneys regularly consult with Todd regarding bankruptcy ramifications to their clients.
Married with two children, Todd enjoys getting out of the office with the family to investigate frog habitats.

Gary E. Enloe
Gary Enloe was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1989 and the Washington State Bar Association in 1990. He has practiced bankruptcy and debtor creditor law since then. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he represented creditors with emphasis in the construction industry. He is licensed and has practiced extensively in both Oregon and Washington.
Gary earned his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) from Shimer College in 1967. His law degree is from Cornell Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 1989.
Gary is married with two children in college. He and his wife enjoy gardening, backpacking, skiing and remodeling projects.

Eric Marshack
Eric Marshack joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from law school. His primary focus is Oregon Chapter 13 filings. Eric earned his college degree in Biology from the University of Oregon in 2001 and his J.D. at the University of Oregon School of Law in 2004. While in school he served as an extern for Judge Albert E. Radcliffe in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon, and was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Certificate for Excellence in Bankruptcy.
Outside the office Eric enjoys activities such as sailing, skiing and dodgeball.

Britta Warren
Britta Warren joined the firm in 2007. She is an associate attorney focusing on Oregon Chapter 7 cases. Britta began her undergraduate degree at Reed College and eventually received her B.A. in the Classics at the University of California at Santa Cruz. She earned her J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Britta clerked for the Honorable Janice Miller Karlin, a Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Kansas and was also awarded the Cali Award in Advanced Bankruptcy-Business Reorganizations.
Britta and her husband are avid sports fans and enjoy watching Kansas Jayhawks basketball.
