Chris joined the firm in 2010. His primary focus is post confirmation Oregon Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings. Before joining the firm, Chris represented consumers in bankruptcy filings all over Western Washington.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in mathematics, cum laude, from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. He earned his law degree with high honors from the University of Washington, where he was also a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school Chris was Managing Editor of Productions for Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. Chris also represented clients of the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, was a teaching fellow for the first-year legal research and writing program, and externed for the Honorable Thomas Glover, Bankruptcy Judge in the Western District of Washington.
Following law school, Chris spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Leslie Tchaikovsky, Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of California. Chris is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and California. He has published articles and prepared and presented materials on bankruptcy practice as well as specialized bankruptcy topics.
Chris is an avid sports fan. He also enjoys reading, cooking, rugby, and listening to live music.
Gerald (Jerry) Pederson graduated from Wabash College with a degree in Ancient Greek and Philosophy. He went on to earn a Master's Degree in Classical Languages and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh and took coursework towards earning a PhD in Ancient Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
After graduate school, he worked for The Princeton Review for six years as a teacher, manager, and Regional Director for a five-state area. He then enrolled in law school at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, graduating in 1996. He is a member of the bar in Oregon and Washington, and has argued cases before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit.
Jerry worked for Todd Trierweiler and Associates from 1997 to 2003. He then served as Staff Attorney for Chapter 13 Trustee Karla Forsythe until that office closed in 2009. He rejoined the firm in November, 2009.
Married with three children, Jerry stays busy coaching chess and sports. He is also an avid birder and volunteers with the Audubon Society of Portland.
Larry received his undergraduate degree in English Literature with honors and his law degree from the from the University of Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Oklahoma. Larry was in private practice for 29 years before joining Todd Trierweiler and Associates in 2011. He is an experienced litigator and has tried hundreds of bench trials and several jury trials. He has served as a municipal attorney and compiled and published municipal ordinances. Larry is passionate about bankruptcy law and has made it his specialty.
Larry is married with three grown children and two grandchildren. He enjoys lap swimming and riding his bike.
