Brenda Elkins joined our firm in 2001. Her duties include overseeing Electronic Case Filing and adversaries. Brenda works on Saturdays and is here to assist you dropping off your 341 documents. She also sees clients for Type/Signs when needed.
Brenda's favorite things to do are spending time with her family and friends, and making salsa.
Julann Martin works with Chris Mertens on Chapter 7 cases whose last name start with M-Z. She assists these clients will all post 341 hearing issues such as surrendering property, payment negotiations with the trustee, reaffirmations, and general creditor issues.
Shawn is the first person you meet upon entering our Portland office. As the front office receptionist and support staff member, she will answer and direct incoming calls, draft letters to creditors who continue to contact our clients, and maintain client files.
