Sue Bailey has 10 years experience as a bankruptcy paralegal. She currently works with our Oregon and Washington clients with the preparation and filing of Chapter 7s and 13s.
Julie Patterson is the paralegal who works directly for Todd Trierweiler. As you can image, Mr. Trierweiler is extremely busy running his law firm while continuing to see clients, and that is where Julie comes in.
It may be difficult at times to reach Mr. Trierweiler. As his assistant, Julie is always in the office to answer questions, direct you to the department that may be handling your case at the present time, and make sure you are getting the best possible service.
She is also responsible for a number of administrative duties throughout the office. Please feel free to contact Julie at any time and she will do her best to assist you.
Nicole assists our Washington Chapter 7 clients until their 341 hearing. All of your documentation for your hearing is requested and reviewed by Nicole and then forwarded to the Trustee. She also handles all correspondence from the Bankruptcy Courts.
Katie's duties include typing and signing the petitions with our clients. She primarily works out of our Beaverton office.
Audrey Jackson works with Ms. Gordon. In addition to working on amending income and expenses she is also responsible for requesting approval from the court for the purchase of a vehicle. Any problems with a creditor or the trustee should be directed to Audrey for the quickest resolution.
