Julie McCarter is the paralegal who works directly for Todd Trierweiler. As you can imagine, Mr. Trierweiler is extremely busy running his law firm while continuing to see clients, and that is where Julie comes in.
It may be difficult at times to reach Mr. Trierweiler. As his assistant, Julie is always in the office to answer questions, direct you to the department that may be handling your case at the present time, and make sure you are getting the best possible service.
She is also responsible for a number of administrative duties throughout the office. Please feel free to contact Julie at any time and she will do her best to assist you.
Elena is responsible for docketing court documents, electronic filing and processing incoming correspondence. She also processes 341 hearing documents for the Trustees for all Oregon cases. She is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage and speaks Russian.
Nina joined our firm in 2010 as our Client Coordinator. Specializing in Client Care and Customer Relations, Nina is your liaison between your Attorney and your Paralegal assisting our clients with respect to answering questions, acquiring necessary documents and paperwork to discussing your short term and long term needs regarding your financial situation.
